KCA Committees

Education Committee
Chairperson: David Miorelli, Joseph Miorelli & Company
This committee develops the curriculum to assist the KCA membership in operating a construction company and for developing future leaders of Pennsylvania's construction industry.
Emerging Ideas Committee
Chairpersons: Richard Seitz, Alexander Building Construction Company, & Gregory Quandel, Quandel Construction Group
This committee's mission is to position the KCA for the future as the construction industry evolves.
Labor-Management Relations Committee
Chairperson: Ronald Virostek, Central Contractors Supply Company
This committee serves on the numerous KCA negotiating committees, as well as works with the KCA staff to improve relations with all building trades unions.
Legislative Committee
Chairperson: Robert Leahey, McCrossin
This committee monitors legislation on all levels of government and develops the annual KCA legislative agenda. Additionally, this committee represents the KCA on statewide initiatives when partnering with other organizations.
Marketing Committee
Chairperson: Bill Brightbill, Modernfold of PA
The KCA Marketing Committee provides guidance and makes recommendations on improving the KCA image. Major focus of this committee is the KCA awards program and workforce development.

As a leader in construction safety and health, the KCA relies on this committee for sharing knowledge, experience and best practices to improve the safety record for each member of the KCA.
