Improving Project Outcomes

In an effort to discuss the current conditions of the construction industry to see what works well and what needs improved, the following organizations united:

                        

Improving Project Outcomes is an ongoing, open-discussion among the members of the four groups. Here are the details for the inaugural session:

Title: Improving Project Outcomes - The Foundation
Date: Wednesday, April 19, 3:00 PM (reception starts at 5:00 PM)
Location: Appalachian Brewing Company (50 N. Cameron St., Harrisburg, PA 17101)
Fee: $25 per person (appetizers and two drink tickets included in fee)

This inaugural session will set the foundation for future sessions and best practices will be shared. For this first session, we will kick it off with brief, welcoming remarks from the four host groups and then we'll delve right into the open forum. Discussion points will be captured and they will guide the future sessions. Following the open forum (3:00-5:00 PM), a reception will be held to allow attendees to continue the discussion and to get to know each other better.
