KCA is a proud participate of the Employee Voter Registration Week, which is held annually during September.

Additionally, KCA maintains a visible and active presence throughout the year with elected officials and policy makers advocating for what is in the best interest of Pennsylvania's construction industry. This government affairs activities is on all levels of government.

KCA staff works closely with local government entities across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on many construction related issues. 

State

KCA is highly respected on state issues and works with state agencies, members of the General Assembly and industry stakeholders on policy. 

Federal

KCA utilizes its membership in The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans to track federal policy issues affecting construction employers.
