Customer Process

  • Customer negotiates deal with any Volvo Retailer in the US
  • Customer is eligible for any new car incentive available on the particular model they are purchasing
  • Customer receives vehicle rebate directly from Volvo, in the form of a check
  • Rebate amount may vary by model, as listed on website
  • Customer submits to Volvo Commercial Fleet Sales Department:
    - Rebate form
    - Copy of signed Buyers Order
    - Proof of employment or membership
  • Volvo Commercial Fleet verifies RDR and submits Check Request
  • Volvo Commercial Fleet sends check, via Airborne Express, directly to customer

Next Steps

  • Contact Norm Wyman, Volvo Commercial Fleet Department at 1-770-995-1675 ext 3425
  • Provide company name and address, along with a copy of the company logo for the website
  • Provide name, phone number and e-mail address of designated company contact
  • Upon receipt of all necessary information, a secure website for the company will be set up within two-three days
  • Notification of website activation, via e-mail, along with log-on and access code information, plus a proposed announcement letter template, will be sent to the designated company contact
  • Announce the newest company benefit, the Volvo Corporate Sales Program to your employees
